Should or Should not use make up

I use make up almost every day. I never use make up during the weekends. Because the skin need to stay without make up. Make up is bad for the skin both we continue using because we want to look pretty. Actually in my country if you work in an enterprise you need to use make up. It is stranger yes but it is true. Receptionist is the first image of the company . In fact people that every day have to be in touch in customer have to use make up.

How long and how much did you use make up?  I use 5 days of the week and i clean my face every day.

I though use make up is an artists and difficult. We need to know about what colors are good for our skin. There a lot things that we use and a lot of brand such as  maybelline and covergirl.

My favorite movie

What is my favorite movie? I do not know. I love to see movies. I like different types like: action, comedy , romance,science fiction but i do not like horror movies. If you asking for my favorite action movie is taken but the trilogy. It is really good because we can saw a father that love her daughter and he can do whatever thing for rescue her. All the movie I was expecting the father found her daughter.  This movie can teach us , we do not believe in everybody specially if we are in another country.

Science fiction my favorite is hunger games . Every person can choose or take different decision . The protagonist of this history always figth with the system. This movie was based in a novel.Actually it is a trilogy the first is hunger game, the second catch in fire and the third mocking jay.

Romantic movies  i saw a lot but  The fault in out stars was pretty and taught me that love it is necessary in our life and it does not matter how long can be during.

 Movies are interesting to me because show me places that I never saw .

My time in U.S.A

I arrived in kirksville September 17, 2016. It was the most important experience in my life. I took three airplanes. Panama to Atlanta, Atlanta to Saint Lois and finally Saint Lois to Kirksville. It was around 12 hours in total. When i arrived in here i started to learn about American culture and the differents between us. The autumn was beautiful. I saw the leafs change the color into red, yellow,purple or brown dependent the tree. The winter is really cold for me. But i really like the snow and in my country we do not have winter .It was  my first time with the snow.I lived in here for almost six months.It is awesome experience. I can meet people from others countries and i can learn about their culture and they can learn about mine. Also I make friends in the church that I go every Sunday with my homestay.

Panamenian Food

I love panamenian food but what is panamenian food? It is a mix of different things like: rice,beans, corn,beef,pork, chicken and spices. Every province in my country has a special dish.
If you go to my province most of the dishes are with rice. We can prepare rice with everything. Rice with chicken,pork,beef,seafood ,vegetables also if you want a dessert rice with milk it is delicious.
However if you go to another province like: Bocas del Toro province seafood and rice with coconut.

When the corn is young , we used to cook delicious dishes can be fried or baked.

When is fried is called boñuelos, baked is called changa .

Old corn is used to made tortillas or chicheme. Tortilla is a healthy breakfast and delicous. It is baked.

Plantains are cooked green to prepare patacones or yellow to prepare a dessert.

Patacones are green plantains cut in peaces fried then smashed and fried again.

The dessert is cooked with yellow plaints , sugar cinnamon and butter.

My Province

      My province is called Los Santos can be traslated like The Saints. It is a small province of Panama.
It is part of azuero peninsula. It is an agricultureprovince. In this province rice, beans, tomatoes, corn,
watermelon  and melon grows. Also farmers have live stoke, cows used to sell or the milk.
An another hand Los Santos is a tourist province. Which has a beautiful beaches, 2 islands: Iguana island and Caña island. People can do snorkeling or surfing. Also enjoy the traditions that are
preserved here such as dances like : El punto, La Espina. The national costum it is called pollera.

My time in college

       I started my bachelor degree in 2010 and i finished in 2014. My bachelor degree is in Business Administration in Tourist Enterprises . This career is about about administration focus in tourism. Tourism has 2 season: The tourist season and off season . Also there are many types of tourist enterprises: hotels, restaurants, travel agency and interesting places.
